Gonna have to adapt Align or SAB 3 blades. Align for 5mm and 6mm tail shaft. SAB for 6mm.

Here’s a good discussion:

I received the Align H55T005XXT tri tail and got it all assembled. A little sanding on the pitch links so they did not bind when tightened and all was smooth.I drilled a shouldered ball stud that had a 2mm threaded end on it to a 2.5mm hole in my lathe. I slightly shorted a 2.5mm allen head cap screw to mount the ball to the pitch slider. The Mikado pitch arm was binding slightly against the pitch slider in different positions so I had to place a small shim between it and it's mount plate. I also used a slightly longer 3mm screw after to reattach it so I had full thread penetration. All is nice and smooth and travel limits have been reset in the Neo. Now it needs to quit snowing and blowing so I can test it out before continuing on with the project.

Well nothing to exciting but very handy as far as the hobby goes. I have built and altered lots of little things for my helis and planes with this little lathe. It is nice as I have it on a plywood base so I can take it anywhere, plus I just store it on a shelf covered with an old towel.

This one is manual for speed adjustments but fast and simple. The motor is on a hinge, so you just pull back on it and move the belt on the sheaves to adjust speed. The say the rpm range is from 525 to 5200 rpm. It is a Taig micro lathe made in the USA.
