![]() Crashed into the ground not at any fast speed but didn't kill the throttle fast enough and tore of my tail rotor off and couldn't find the motor. I sent away for 2 booms with the motors a already installed. Tried both tails and seems like the response is lagging. Thought it was the main board next. Still no fix. When i take off the heli goes into flipping convolutions. Need help bad. Please explain in very simple instructions since i am very new to helis. Thanks in advance

![]() Not sure what exactly you meant.
Does it have a tail hold problem? heli spins uncontrollably around its main shaft when take off? If this is the case. is the tail rotor in good condition? any chips / cracks on its blades? any white marks? what about its tiny hole? is it still tight enough? LOL. K110 are known to have tail hold problem due to the tail rotor being loosely installed. I use "Tamiya Cement" (maybe any CA glue will do?) between motor shaft and tail rotor. and wait for at least 12 hours to dry.

![]() A lot of people might just do as you are doing and get a new helicopter. At $70, an entire replacement helicopter is about half the price of a nice full-size tail servo.

![]() Thanks for the feedback guys. The tail rotor has been replaced twice and main board once. Everything looks ok but the rotor either lags both ways as in either doesn't spin or spins to long at high speed. Could i have gotten 2 bad tail motors. Only thing i havent replaced is main motor and esc. In the meantime bought a new k110. Im up and flying but would like to get this other bird back in the air also

![]() See my longer comment in this thread: https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=811644
I seems I also have encountered that the K110 tail prop was not holding well on the shaft, but the tail motor did spin. I could feel it when pressing with the finger against the shaft (where it pushes through the prop). The K120 tail prop hole is much tighter than the K110. So try this one. Has a good tail hold in forward or backwards or inverted flight...but the K110 develops some noticable wag in hovering mode.
