Default BSX Violent tail jitters
Hi i fly a xlpower 550
Castle 80amp
KST servos
Futaba 8J radio
3SX BD

Violent tail jitters on punchouts and in general sport flight. Tried every gain % in TX, either too low tail does hold and drifts or higher has jitters no matter what. Yes pushrod is smooth

Any advice on a Demon tail setup that could cause this?

Maybe the castle governor Gain is set too high? It is often happy around 8 or so.
