The KDE battery trays for the Goblin 700 are awesome, but they only fit the older Goblin 700 carbon fiber frames (H0354-S). They will not fit the newer G10 frames.

Umm, mine did? I have both CF and G10 framed Gobs. I even modded them to fit the German frames. I have had them in every frame but the new Krack. It may not be plug and play but it can be done!
Just some simple measuring, hole drilling, and placing it correctly.

I guess I have to qualify my initial comment.

These are not a plug-and-play fit on the newer G10 Goblin frames, but they will fit with new hole drilling modification.

There ya go, and I know you are a competent guy. It really only took a small effort. The other thing I do is modify the latch to make them smoother so I don't have to 'bang' them into place as hard.

I absolutely love the KDE trays.

I loved the KDE battery tray. I am sure the new owner will love it also. The Kraken uses a neat battery tray mechanism with Battery Tray Guides H1067-S and Battery Tray H1102-S. By using the new Quick Release Battery Tray Set for the Goblin Thunder H1136-S on the Havok 700, I'll be able to share the same Battery Tray H1102-S between the Havok 700 and the Kraken. True, the KDE battery trays are a work of art compared to the SAB battery tray solution, but sharing battery trays between my SAB helicopters is very convenient.
