I just got the t rex 500 and i was wondering if my flying style is 3d, should i set the esc to governor mode if i plan on using 100% flat curves in idle up??

Default stay away from Align Gov Mode

I tried it and had no luck getting it to work, then I posted here and was told Align Gov stinks! I would have to agree, the tail was all over the place, make sure you run your head speed high cause the heli will bob for and aft at lower head speeds, I will look and see what my TC is in normal mode, I have it set at 100% across the board in both st1 and st2, my start up procedure is to do a good preflight lube the belt on the first flight use tri-flow on the tail push rod, and tail slider, tri-flow the head, TX, on check model, throttle hold on, plug in the battery, and put on the canopy. Next I move the heli to the flight area, re-center the tail, got a 401, check the flight controls, then I turn off the throttle hold and hit the idle up switch, got soft start, and start my count down timer at the same time, then I fly. When the timer goes off I come back to a hover and hit the throttle hold and do a short auto, if I am feeling brave I may do a longer Auto rotation, put I normaly do them to a grassy landing , I have had a few tip overs doing them to the asphalt, thatís kinda hard on the blades.
