K110 Antenna Length
The antenna on the receiver group board is broken off and lost, and I need to solder on a replacement.
Can anyone tell me what length it is supposed to be? 30.7mm (1.21") is what I get from a rough calculation using the speed (C) and center frequency (2.44 GHz), but it looks longer than that in pictures I've found online. |

Measured from the top end of the antenna to the board upper side:
bnf #2: 37mm (slight crincle to left where it goes out from the board, then up bnf #1: 31,5mm (could be 31,25mm) bnf #3: 31,5mm (could be 31,25mm) I would go for the 31,25mm where it leaves the board hole on the upper side as it matches the lamba length. But BNF #2 flies well too. As the antenna (with the thick grey shielding) goes through the hole of the board you need to add another ~3mm (top border of the board to the end of the wire) on the under side. All my three K110 have some visible tinned wire on the bottom. Thickness of the wire incl. grey shielding: 1,5mm
