Just a quick question, when removing the belt you obviously have to remove the one gear that the belt wraps around. How do you remove the pin that goes down through the gear. Do you tap it down and through? Do the frames have to be seperated? I bought the frame used a year ago and have never had to change the belt until now. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to loosen 4set-screws in the blocks that hold the axle. Then you can tap it out. No need to split the frames.
