What receivers are you guys using on 550 and up? I was going to use Jumper r1 but max voltage for it is 6v. Thanks

I have an R-xsr and an xm+ laying around will those be fine on the larger models?

Yes but take a look at the Radiomaster receivers that came come out recently. Unlike the jumper receivers the quality of these seem equivalent to the Frsky offering and they are actually better in some regards (better antennas, nice quality plastic shells on the smaller receivers). Also they can run the FrSky ACCST v2.1 firmware because they are schematic clones of the equivalent FrSky receiver.


Some pics from the RC groups thread here. The smaller receiver is sbus only and is basically equivalent to a Spektrum satellite except that it plugs into the sbus input on the FBL.
