Os 105 Bolts Stripped

I recently bought a used 105. I am trying to freshen it up and 3 of the head bolts now have a perfectly round hole were there was once an allen head.

I have tried every heat you can think of. They are stuck.

Has anyone ever drilled the bolt heads off and and used a pair of vicegrips to remove a stubborn bolt.

Yes, use a small drill without pushing too hard and breaking it. Go buy some ez outs, or at hardware stores you can sometimes but extraction kit.

I have, had same problem with three Allen head’s stripped. Used a 1/8” drill and carefully drilled until head of screw came off, then vise grips to remove the treaded piece from the cylinder after pulling head free.
