![]() Does anybody know what I need to purchase to make this happen? Can I use all of the settings as if it were my actual equipment that I’m using with Scorpion Tribunus ESC and NEO pro rescue? I’m excited to get set up with this program. Is it possible to have a seamless experience virtually that would mimic my actual set up so I can experiment with settings before I fly.?

![]() Wired connection is the easiest and most cost-effective way to go.

![]() The title says "wireless" so I'm guessing he wants a wireless setup. I do not know how to achieve that either. I'm following so I can learn.

![]() The OP may want to reevaluate whether simulator wireless connection with the VBC radio is really worth it before going down the rabbit hole. The $110.00 Mikado 04928 VSIM interface is relatively expensive, and has several functionality limitations compared to wired connection.
I sold mine, but I believe this is what the connections looked like when I finally got it to work. Mikado does not provide good instructions, so you may depend on the community for assistance as well as some trial and error. A more functional option (fewer limitations) is to purchase either a Mikado 05054 Neo VBasic Receiver ($125.00) or use a spare VLink Neo ($250.00) along with an RX2SIM USB module. Another option is to use a miniVBar (classifieds) with a 04882 VBC Rx satellite, and a USB adapter. I tried all of that, but in the end I went back to using the USB cable that came with the VBCT radio. I now only use the latest $90.00 Spektrum InterLink DX USB controller with the simulators, as it has the switches in a similar configuration as the VBCT radio, and there is no battery to charge. Just more convenient me. I am not trying to dissuade you from pursuing wireless simulation with the VBC radio, but I feel you benefit from knowing the cost and limitations of the different wireless setups.

![]() I thought you had to get RX2SIM to use the Mikado wireless simulator thing with AccuRC because it outputs PPM or something.

![]() i was meaning that the neo has a usb port on it, it wouldn't take much to have a firmware you could flash on it that makes it a usb controller dongle.

Oh - that would be a $250 dongle ![]() I'd rather they come out with a proper wireless/usb dongle thingy like the WS1000/2000 from Spektrum.

![]() I appreciate that I saw this before I bought a "wireless sim interface". I remembered I had a rather long powered USB 3 cable (powered so it could exceed maximum length). I keep that hanging out by my couch and just plug my vcontrol in! Major benefit there is I didn't have to configure anything on the radio. It just works like a joystick without configuring anything.

![]() Holy moses. Heli-x now supports Vcontrol over the WLAN - no extra hardware - no USB (https://www.vstabi.info/en/heli-x?fb...P_pONSTUjiL5nA). AccuRC peeps ... is this a possibility for you or is this another cooperation amongst Germans?

![]() i do wonder about latency of the wlan method, i can't imagine it being great, certainly not close to a direct wireless connection (spektrum/frsky) or wired usb.

![]() If it works in the Heli-X demo, I'll give it a try and let you know. I will say I've streamed games from both my PC and PS4 ... as long as my laptop is connected at 5GHZ to the access point I can't tell the difference between sitting at the console or streaming (well ... there are occasionally video quality issues). I would imagine sending controller inputs would be much easier than bi-directional communication with sound and video.
