Default Nano S2 lag/sluggish?

Right, I feel that the heli is kinda sluggish. I have read several threads here, and adjusted the expo to minus 50 ,and I got a lot better feeling for flying. (I only fly in 3D mode). However, sometimes more than often I find that the pitch controll is sluggish. Let say I´m hovering.. Adding some positivive pitch to get it at hight, and it shoots off like a rocket to the ceiling. Trying to get it down with some negative, and when I give the command, it seems like it takes forever until the heli reacts and actually makes it descent down..and sometimes it just jumps up and down like a cricket on stereoids. Trying to be really easy on pitch controlls. Not to forget cyclics, as it´s suddenly just do what it want´s to do. And not to mention the throttle cut.. even if I hit it , the heli does the chicken. It´s set to -130 and kills the motor. What I´m trying to say, is that it seems to be a bit of lag between stick input and the heli before it reacts.
Normal or not?

I use IX12.

(I fly Logo480 and Blade Fusion too, but non of these have this "lag"..)

I have gotten collective pitch lag when my feathering spindle is bent from crashing. It was a sure sign that I needed to change it. Not sure about the rest though.

The spindle was bent, not much but still, so I figured out that I can just bend it back. But it snapped where it where bent. So, only one thing to do, ended up ordering two shafts and a pair of MH blades, curious if they are a bit stiffer then the original blades.

Good luck!

Also make sure that if you disconnect the grip links, the grips should pretty much fall under their own weight, even on the tiny S2. It’s very easy to over tighten the feathering shaft bolt.
