Default Wiring Jeti and Spirit in a Scale helicopter

This is one long project, but I guess I am at a point where I need help with wiring. I have a question for the Jeti / electronics smart people...

I want to use Jeti MaxBEC2D to power on the electronics, with 2x2S LiPo for power... (located as far forward as possible....

Central box 100 as the main receiver with one Rex3 as the sat receiver...

I will use Spirit FBL...
All will be pretty "dispersed" throughout the fuselage with the custom made leads once the electronics is set in place (to avoid connectors along the path where possible)

So I have the option of routing the single wire to Spirit either to Rex3 (green line) or to the CB100 (long blue line and red short line).
Which would be the best option? Can I run it straight to the Rex3 and will this work?
