![]() Yes. I ran 2 batteries in both my original and touch. The original lasted forever with a second pack.

![]() Approximately how many flights does it hang before having to recharge on 2 batteries? Will it last 8 hours at the field without charging? Thx

![]() Two batteries is definitely better than one. Both vcontrol v1 and touch sucks with only 1 lipo, add a second for sure.

![]() Its not super easy. You have to tape the batteries in as the strap no longer fits (or make a new strap). You also have to be careful of the battery positioning so that the back case will still go back on.
Recently, I changed my tune on the 2nd battery. I turned off WiFi and will only turn it on when I need it. I also hit full off when turning it off unless i'm actually at the flying field. I sim about 40 minutes a day and the charge lasts more than a week (still above 50% charged after a week). Before I turned off WiFi and started hitting full off, I'd have to charge about every 3 or 4 days with same activity level.

VBCt will last about 4 to 5 hours with the single 6000mAH cell it came with (earlier models had 2 4000mAH cells). It all depends on functions turned on or off. With WiFi and sleep mode turned off, brightness turned down, and with two 6000mAH cells it should last about 6 to 7 hours. This is on par with other transmitters battery life.
