Default Zenoah G320... Will this work Stock?

Is it possible to use this on the whiplash? I’m thinking about purchasing this helicopter however the price of this motor is significantly less… For good reason? It is off of a buggy... LOL!

Default 320

It would fit but unless balanced would shake whipped to pieces. Most of engine tuners stop at 310..
Must be a reason.

If you are not prepared to use a Hanson, TRM or OBR custom engine, then don't waste your time and money building a 700 sized gasser.

Surprised no more discussion...

The 320 is an all new design with a different case than the G270 series. All the 290, 300, 310 motors offered by the tuners are based on the 270 case.

320 is NOT a drop in fit for helis designed around the 270. I think the G2 whiplash has parts to fit it but you will want to confirm that with MA.

Also as noted above, the tuners are saying the 320 has bad vibration issues...l

has anybody figured out a way to get more power without sacrificing vibration or weight? I thought I read that 15 to 18 hp was possible! What is the current top performance option out there on 700 size gassers? Has anybody tried modifying a small Honda or High end/commercial chainsaw engine?
