Also noticed your comment on blades from UT to Azure, did not like the 700 ultimates?

Nice flying otherwise, has good grab for 1850 rpm.

Still running style of 40 for the second session out with it, mainly to loosen her up for speed off center.
But will change the pitch arms to 26mm and horns to 15mm for the next session which should help the “slow goblin cyclic” issue from the mechanical side, and then I can get the Vbar settings closer to what I’d normally run for more robotic precision.

I just find the ultimates unstable, especially over 2000rpm and big air/fast forward flight. Azures just great all round including fast forward. Found the same when they where the orange tip ultimate. Rotortech 710 where better than ultimate for me, but then Azure came out and that’s my go to ever since.
However the ultimates where sweet at 1950rpm on my Specter Nitro (Spectro).

Interesting you are not first to mention the stability part on ultimates, I have not tried them yet however.

How do the Azure auto? They promote them heavy as a hard 3d blade, but curious on auto capability? The VTX auto great, the azure have more of a VTX design (by looks of it).

Decent. I am still waiting for good enough weather to even get any flights on stock form and to tune in VBC Mixed reviews on the 26mm arms so far some say they needed it for their style, whatever that exactly means and others have said it is not as fluid and natural feeling. It is one of those things that bothers me sometimes I guess when manufacturers come out with stuff later, like find middle road and avoid the upgrades or options I guess?

I'll be interested as time goes by to hear if you still like this route for sure.

Yeah I need more flights to truly assess, as initially the change hasn’t had the positive effect as per what it did for the Kraken.
Will do another session and make a call on whether to switch back to stock or not.
26mm arms always been on the original kraken lineup of options, they’re stock on the triblade.
The 26mm pitch arms and 15mm servo horns setup is as per Kyle Stacy’s Kraken and RAW setup.

The RAW flies so much better than the Kraken. It feels so much more agile. For now I am perfectly fine with mine.

That's what I've been waiting for! I've never really seen him do a review like this... I think he likes it

"I can fly 17 to 20 seconds more than normal Goblins"

Wow.

...And as always, you gotta praise his cameraman!

He sure is a different pilot. I don't see anyone else that flies like that. Some of the stuff, I'm not even sure how the helicopter is staying in the air. You don't really see clear "tricks" so to speak.... its more the thing just defying gravity at odd angles and all done at a mind boggling fast pace.

Tareq's flying was amazing as always but those matching Columbia shoes and RAW canopy colors are something else.

I know what you're saying but gotta appreciate those clear moments haha The problem is he doesn't repeat his moves as a pattern.

At 4:24 there's a great aileron flip I would love for him to repeat again and again.

Me too but with black skids like Kevin St-Cyr's that looks absolutely fantastic to me.

Yep, looks great - in the sun. Any other time and you're flying a silhouette.

Ya red is horrible to fly with most days for sure. I think their winner might end up being the orange.

They all look great close up and as far as Winter goes, look great against a white backdrop of snow.

That's dope. I liked the pink canopy immediately. Wasn't sure if I'd see one. Very nice!
