Default NX10 Charging

What should I use? (For $500 they couldn't include a $3 power supply/charger?)

Calls for 2-3A USB output.

My Apple charger says its outputs 5.1v and 2.1A so guess its good to go, but more would be faster.

Assuming a 5V 3A power supply, how fast would the battery be expected to charge?

Depends on the state of charge. If the battery is down to 10% of charge it will probably take 2hours 45 minutes. At 50% of charge about 90 minutes. These are approximate charge times.

I would expect that the LiIon pack that is in the NX10 is the same 6,000mAh 1S3P (3.7v, 2,000mAh 18500 cells) LiIon pack that comes in the iX12.
If so, the pack is limited to 2A charge rate (10W) and should not be used with a 3A charger.

Pretty much any 10W phone charger (5v / 2A) would be fine.

Try to find a 1S1P LiPo with 6,000mAh
Quote:
ManiaX Lipo 1S 6000 mAh 5C 3.7V Pack (VControl)
- Size (mm): 8.5x43x130
- Weight: 118g
LiIon 18500 or 27100 are a better way to go. Either one is not much bigger than a AA battery. And capacities >4000mAh+ in a single cell mean longer times between charges
