Default NX10 Stick Tension

I am unable to lessen the stick tension enough.
I loosen the screws until they are striking the case housing, yet they are still much stiffer than my DX7.
I have tendonitis in my hands, so this is a requirement rather than solely a preference.
Anyone else dealing with this, or found stick tension range is low/inadequate?

I was able to adjust mine to my liking. Out of the box spring tension was definitely stiffer than the DX9 it replaced.

Are lower tension after-market springs an option?
