Sorry to say, but the 120SR flies like shit because it has - as a fixed pitch heli - a 45 degree flybar.
Collective pitch (CP) and/or flybarless FPs fly so much different not only in circle round flight (8s) but as well in hovering.

The sooner you sell the Blade, the better; trust me.
You learn the wrong things.
I had it too in 2012 - it was the reason why I bombed the 4503D into ground despite SIM training for many years (wrongly trained reflexes on the pitch stick - not hitting throttle hold but negative pitch).

Don't waste too much time and don't try to implement any other receiver.
The board needs to do some mixing.

Normally you have three cyclic servos, but the 120sr only has two (FP).
All external FBL systems are very different and will conflict with the fake flybar.

XK K110 micro heli (Brushless main motor, 1s, 60g) / Blade 230s, Omp M1/M2 are all better helis.

I agree, the 120SR isn't worth wasting any time on. Give it to a kid that might enjoy it sitting on his shelf. If you want to use your transmitter, you'll need to switch to a heli that has SBUS or Sat ports.
