Default JR DSX9 120 CCPM Monitor

Morning all. First post, so please be gentle

I personally use a DX8i which I am very comfortable with but am setting up a JR DSX9 (same or very similar to the 9303 I believe?) on a flybarred 450 for a friend who has had it sitting around for a few years incomplete.

After selecting a new model with 120 ccpm, I set servo directions etc so that they are all behaving and giving positive+negative pitch correctly. I then went to set the servos at 90 and level the swash but noticed on the monitor screen that even at middle stick with no stick input the 3 cyclic servos are reading considerably off centre. No subtrim or trim at all.

I tested again with a new model set to single servo and the monitor shows all dead centre at middle stick.

Am I missing something obvious that's throwing the cyclic servos out on the monitor whilst using 120 ccpm? I mostly fly flybarless now so haven't done this for a while...

Thanks in advance,

Elliot.

Further information after tinkering.

Channel 6 (Pitch) seems to be causing the problem which is forcing Channel 2 and 3 out because of swash mixing.

In pitch curve, i'm reading 50-In and 50-Out and yet channel 6 monitor is actually more like 50-In and 65-Out. If I drop the left stick to ~35% then Channels 2, 3 and 6 are dead level at mid-stick 50%.

I can't think how I can correct this issue as if I meddle with trims for channel 6, throttle curves will potentially be out as well?
