I believe your idlers are on the wrong side of the mount if I’m not mistaken Ken.

Thanks. Yes I saw that when I went to put them together.

I think I have it right now. The belt tensioner pulley lines up with the raised idler pulley.

Too busy lately to build. But had a few minutes tonight. Changed out the servo bracket tonight that was stripped with a new one. Put the stickers on and mounted the lower carbon frame pices. Make sure when you remove the stickers from the paper you start in the middle corner otherwise you can tear the decal.

Hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like the retaining screw for the front landing gear isn't flush. This will cause issues when you add the battery hatch supports.

I think the newer kits have countersinks on both frame sides, but there isn't enough material so the screw doesn't sit flush with the frame.

I moved the screw to the other side of the mount (had to grind off a couple of mm's from the screw)

I have the motor installed. But the motor belt is below the main pulley. I installed the pinion against the motor bearing support. I guess I need to move the pinion up higher so the belt does not go below the main pulley? Edit: It was late last night so I quit, I will remove the motor and raise up the pinion so my belt is higher on the main pulley.

I took the motor mounting assembly out and back a couple of times. I either had the main belt too low or too high. I found 2mm to 2.10 mm spacing between the pinion and the lower bearing and now the belt is sitting at the bottom of the main pulley. Just barely up from the edge of the main pulley.

Mounted the ESC on the mount. I like the caps facing up. I always fix the wires to the side of the ESC. Then I have a extra EC5 connector and then my series cable. This way the ESC wires do not bend back and forth every time you plug the batteries in also in a crash if the batteries eject it just pulls the cable off instead of ripping the wire out of your ESC. Something Dmitry taught me on the first Logo 600SE I built.

I always tape my motor wires to make sure they can't short.
