Default Blade 330s swash plate

Hi just got back into helis bought a 330s well had a bit of a crash nothing major broke ball clip off swash plate and bent flybarless spindle.

Its the RTF model with DXe radio, so my question is when i move collective up swash goes down is this right me head is telling me it should be the other way around but the mad thing is if i reverse the swash direction the heli will not take off but back the other way it flys ok

Thanks all

Yes, designed with trailing edge collective control, so swashplate down, increases pitch.
