They might have borrowed too much from their jet lineup:

Kyle has been flying it at some pretty low RPM. Will that be the intended use for this bird?

Anyone concerned with the visibility of a 90% black fuselage?

Another shot from Kyle. More (fighter jet) grey than black, but still... fighter jets carry that color in order to reduce their visibility towards the sky

It kind of looks like its meant as a sort of scale heli. I bet it isn't really meant to 3d with. I see missle pods and also it says the flying style is "incredibly real". I'm reserving judgement until I see it revealed properly though. It might be cool. Visibility on an 800 size machine shouldn't be a problem no matter what color it is, I shouldn't think, unless you are flying it quite far away.

I think they have a new guy now because pretty sure the old guy who did the naming before is now at Oxy...

One of the biggest complaints I get at my flying field (which is 98% planes) is my helicopters don't look anything like a helicopter. At least there is some attempt to make this new Goblin look like a real helicopter. Even the plane guys with 'Silhouette' models, attempt to make it look like an airplane.

It appears to be a lightly stretched Urukay Genesis.

Not too excited about this one, bring out a 560-570mm main blade RAW E version already. Bet would sell a ton as many like to stick to one 6S pack

Exactly. From the pics it's not a new heli at all but an (approx) 30mm stretch of the Urukay Genesis, and a new paint job. The stretch appears it may have been done simply by extending the side plates on the tail box thus keeping the boom the same. Perhaps there may be some cost saving measures such as G10 rather than carbon frames too to make it a bit cheaper than the Urukay, but that's just guesswork, you cant see much from the pics.

This is in line with previous Drake and Havok which were basically just a new paint scheme on the 'sport' model but proved very popular.

I'm not criticising here, it makes sense to use the airframes you have.
