Default Best tutorial for Open TX, basic FBL

For those of you using Open TX with the Spirit:

I just got a Radiomaster TX16S, and I have looked at the OpenTX section on here but it's a bit all over the place and there seems to be way more about FrSky TXs etc. And there are loads of OpenTX videos, but... I really don't want to spend ages randomly wading through them if I don't have to...

Soooo, if my main goal is just the basic setup with a Spirit (and I don't even use banks in the Spirit, I keep it really simple) - what is the best video or reading material out there to get me started?

Also - I am all Spektrum at the moment, but if I want to go with a different protocol / RX, what would be the best RX to get?

Thanks in advance and apologies to everyone else for the somewhat off-topic post.

Unfortunately I did not do the heli setup but I do go into setting up a receiver, integration etc in one of my videos here :
Hooking up a Spirit Flybarless with a OpenTx system (13 min 9 sec)

Thanks! This is like a whole parallel universe to me as I have been Spektrum since I started - I have only ever used DSM2, DSMX and sometimes SRXL2 :-o

Once you get past the initial learning curve on OpenTx you will love the flexibility and all the option you have.
Just tough it out for a bit and ask - I can upload my basic heli setups.
I even have one for the M2 I use for backyard flying
