Default Rave?

Anyone get one, yet? It looks like a few have been released.

Wondering about first impressions.

Tracks like it is on rails.. Parts count is low and quality is the best I've seen. Designed for simplicity and plenty of room too mount electronics. It's a 10 in my book.

Not sure when the next batch of kits will be released. There was a limited supply of 10 kits released for sale to the public at IRCHA. Those were gone in short order. I think it will be very soon but Zack or Brian @ CYE can give better information than I can.

Kontronik Jazz 40-6-18 is top notch! The internal governor do also work flawlessly!

I think I am going to get one.

I like my G5, but I am not married to any company.

I sure will I already opened my kit at the LHS and paid a little more on my layaway.
the kit is beautiful and the manual amazing full color with multiple full color detailed pics per step.

should be very easy to build.

Only thing I have alot of issues with is
A: trying to decide what components to use... ESC and Servos mainly.. was going to use a 401/9257 combo for the tail. I was thinking good old 65MGs.. but then again I'm not sure.. maybe this bird would be better with some digitals. and then its got me worried about my 450s lipos if they will stand a chance on the stock -6 scorp.

B: trying to find crash parts in stock.

Lots to think about today and tomorrow if I want to get it in the air this weekend.

401 gyro is tried and tested and reliable. no issues there

same with the hs65's I use them in my 450 and G5 and they never break.

for the batteries and a scorpion I think you need a MIN 25C
